Crocheting for a Cause is a club created to introduce the wonders of crocheting to others and to learn new skills. It is a safe and inclusive place for friends to hang out while making money to support a cause, and members can gain inspiration and learn/teach each other to master the art of crocheting.

Doctors Without Borders raises money to support vital medical aid for communities in crisis around the world. The club organizes events to help provide healthcare, supplies, and emergency relief where it’s needed most. It gives students an opportunity to make an impact a develop a deeper understanding of global health. 

Our mission is straightforward: to raise funds and promote awareness for individuals affected by hearing loss. Through organizing a variety of initiatives aimed at both fundraising and increasing public understanding, we have made a meaningful impact, particularly in support of Sunnybrook Hospital's efforts in this field.

Interact Club connects students to serve their community through leadership and philanthropy, embracing "Service Above Self." Members gain global awareness, engage with diverse cultures, and address issues like food insecurity and conflict. Through each event, they inspire community involvement, foster belonging, and building connections through a shared commitment to making a positive impact.

The Make-A-Wish Club at Earl Haig contributes to the non-profit Make-A-Wish Foundation. With the common goal of helping youth, the club hosts a variety of charitable events such as Valentine's Day Flower Grams - and publicizes inspiring stories to the community. The Make-A-Wish team at Earl Haig provides a gateway of opportunities for not only youth but also students.

The goal of this club is to spread awareness of various civic concerns that are taking place in the Middle East. We will organize fundraisers to tackle different civic issues in order to gather funds and transfer them to reputable TDSB-approved organizations. 

The United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) strives to enhance the well-being of children by improving their access to essential resources, such as healthcare, clean water, food, and education. UNICEF was established in Earl Haig Secondary School to raise awareness about global issues and raise funds for the UNICEF organization. The primary objectives of this club include educating students about current world issues and their impact on children worldwide and organizing fundraisers to lend support to the UNICEF foundation.

Women’s Health Association aims to raise awareness and raise money to offer support for women’s health causes. It aims to inspire positive change within the school community through engaging activities, educational sessions and fundraisers, aspiring to shine a spotlight on the stories and achievements of inspiring women, fostering a deeper understanding of the challenges they face and overcome. 

The World Vision Council (WV) is a fusion of local action and global change. WV organizes educational events, fundraising initiatives, and our biggest annual event, Hunger-Free Night, which not only provides aid to those in need but also empowers our fellow students to become compassionate, informed global citizens. Together, WV strives to turn awareness into action and make our school a catalyst for change.

The Earl Haig World Wildlife Fund Council was established in Earl Haig Secondary School to promote environmental awareness and the protection of wildlife. Its primary goal is to enlighten students about how environmental and global issues impact animals, their habitats, and endangered species.
